Typically you're the star of your own birthday party, but not this year's for the state's top leader.

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin's birthday bash will include special guest, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

Invitations to the governor's birthday party went out this week and the celebration will be held at the Cox Convention Center on Dec. 5.

The invitation also lists attendance costs, making it clear the event is a fundraiser. Attendance is $125 per person to attend the reception. 

Christie is expected to run for president in 2016. In 2012, some speculated Fallin was considered a possible vice presidential pick for Republican nominee Mitt Romney
