Mary on the Issues

Ronald Reagan once said “There are no great limits to growth because there are no limits of human intelligence, imagination, and wonder.”

In other words, when it comes to economic growth and success, the sky is the limit – because in a free society, we have an infinite amount of potential for innovation and imagination.  As your next governor, I plan to unlock that potential and use it to move Oklahoma forward, to bring more and better jobs to the state, to build our economy and to create a state worthy of the great men and women that live here. 

I have a plan:  an Oklahoma that serves as a magnet for business and job creation; a state where every family has access to quality, affordable health care; and a place where the young men and women leaving high school are fully prepared either for the work force or for college.  

With your help, we can make that plan a reality.  Together we can create a better, more prosperous Oklahoma; and we can remind everyone in this great nation that President Reagan's words are as true today as they ever were.  

Economy and Jobs: Oklahoma is poised to dramatically grow its economy, IF we make the right choices.

Health care: We can make health care more affordable, without expanding the role of the federal government.

Education: As governor, I’ll work to improve the quality of our educational institutions across the board.

Energy: Oklahoma can lead the charge in both alternative energy and fossil fuel production.

Oklahoma Values: God, family and freedom will always be what defines us as a state and as a people.

Illegal Immigration: We must enforce our laws, get tough on those who break them and make sure the rule of law is respected.

Second Amendment: The Constitution is clear that Americans have the right to own firearms and Mary will fight to protect that right.
